The 12″ subwoofer from our Gala series

The Gala 12 Sub is available as a passive and active system.

All housings are made of multi-layered birch plywood. As standard, all Gala speakers come with scratch- and waterproof PU coating. On customer request, WARNEX coatings in all RAL colours are also possible. Stable front grilles with stored acoustic gauze guarantee the protection of the loudspeaker.

High-quality Faital Chassis

Convincing in sound and powerful! For the active subwoofers, we use Pascal amplifier technology. The DSP structure is identical to the active Gorilla systems or Powerpac power amplifiers.

Gala 12 active bass with 3x power amplifier

The Gala 12 is a compact, easy-to-transport and powerful active subwoofer in bass reflex tuning. We equipped the bass with a 12″ neodymian speaker of the highest quality with 4″ oscillating coil and a load capacity of 2000W. Excellent dynamics and dry sound reproduction and top sound pressure of 126dB are very convincing for the housing size.

State D power amplifier technology of the latest generation

The digital stage is equipped by Pascal and equipped with the most modern CLASS D technology. It is designed to meet the highest levels of audio quality and reliability. Excellent sound and very high efficiency are absolutely convincing. The power amplifier has a state-of-the-art high-efficiency SMPS switching power supply that can provide full power and is far superior to conventional power supplies, even under difficult grid conditions, such as undervoltage in live events due to long power supply lines. With a high overall output of over 2000 W, we get a very good dynamic and pulse-fidelity reproduction.

DSP and general function

4 fixed DSP settings are already applied. It is possible to create your own presets to operate third-party products. The created programs can be saved externally au PC. Depending on the room size and optical requirements, different mid-tweet loudspeakers can be used. An additional bass cannot be connected. The active system saves a lot of weight, cargo space and assembly time. In addition, the Plug and Play system minimizes the wiring effort and thus potential sources of error.
