Our 18 “subwoofer with an excellent price / performance ratio.
With a Faital 18 “chassis and made of multilayer birch plywood, we deliver the GALA 18 Bass with a scratch and waterproof PU coating.

On request, A Warnex coating in all RAL colours is possible. The recessed handles match the attractive appearance of the Gala 18. Stable front grilles with a backed acoustic gauze guarantee good protection.

Available in ACTIVE (with DSP) and passive version

We use the tried and tested Pascal technology in the amplifier area. The DSP structure is therefore identical to all systems in the Pro series and also to our Powerpac power amplifiers.

The 18 “GALA Sub impresses with its extremely neutral sound behavior. An 18 “with 4” voice consoles that knows how to impress with its high performance and a weight of only 29 KG.

The Gala 18 is a compact, easy to transport and powerful active subwoofer with bass reflex tuning.

We have equipped the bass with an 18 “neodymium loudspeaker of the highest quality and a power handling of 1000 W RMS.

Excellent dynamics and dry bass reproduction and peak sound pressure of 130dB are very convincing for the size of the case.

State D power amplifier technology of the latest generation

The latest CLASS D technology from Pascal provides the chassis with a lot of power. The high degree of efficiency is convincing. The power amplifier has a state-of-the-art high-efficiency SMPS switching power supply that can provide full power and is far superior to conventional power supplies, even under difficult grid conditions, such as undervoltage in live events due to long power supply lines. With a high overall output of over 2000 W, we get a very good dynamic and pulse-fidelity reproduction.

DSP and general function

4 fixed DSP settings are already applied. However, it is possible to create your own presets in order to operate third-party products. Programs created can be stored externally on PC. Depending on the room size and optical requirements, different mid-tweet loudspeakers can be used. An additional bass cannot be connected. The active system saves a lot of weight, cargo space and assembly time. In addition, the Plug and Play system minimizes the wiring effort and thus potential sources of error.
